Hi, I’m Courtney Pedroza, a Phoenix based creative. I lead photography and video projects from concept through final delivery, bringing together clients, crews and creative teams to tell meaningful visual stories.

I believe the best work comes from sets that are organized, collaborative and genuinely fun. My approach is full service, including creative development, production, post production and licensing.

My career began in journalism and eventually led me to start my own creative studio, Bueno Roza, where I lead campaigns and creative teams. My work has appeared in The Washington Post, The New York Times, Getty Images, The Wall Street Journal and USA Today. In 2022, I contributed to The Washington Post’s Pulitzer Prize for Public Service coverage in Arizona.
